Military College Murree (MCM) was inaugurated by the COAS Gen Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, NI(M), HI, on 1st September 2008. This institution is entrusted to educate and groom the students for induction into the Pakistan Army. Since its establishment, earnest efforts have been made at all tiers to make MCM a dynamic educational entity and an institute par excellence. College is structured for strength of 450 boys from class VIII to XII. On the eve of departure of pioneer entry, 1st Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony was held on 28 Jun 2010, and COAS graced the occasion as a Chief Guest. The students of MCM are known as “HIMALIANS” and the motto is Character, Courage and Commitment.
