PA-38799 Lt Col Ismail Riaz, AEC got commission in april 2001. His basic qualification is M.Phill English. He is also Russian language qualified from NUML he served on instructional appointments in PMA&MCJ. He also served as English language instructor in KSA. He serverd on different staff appointments in different Bde and corps. Presently,he is performing his duties as Group Head Arts at MCM.
